Based on our home survey, we work with you to craft the perfect layout for your space. We'll guide you through selecting premium fixtures, fittings, custom joinery, and finishes from our trusted ranges, ensuring every detail aligns with your taste and functional needs.
Step 3: Comprehensive Quote
Once you are 100% happy with the design and specification, we provide a transparent, fixed-price quote with no hidden surprises.
Step 4: All-Trades Preparation
Because we handle 100% of trades in-house, you won't need to co-ordinate a single subcontractor. Our project management team prepares all technical schedules—co-ordinating plumbing, electrical routing, custom joinery, structural prep, and plastering—so everything works in perfect harmony from day one.
Step 5: Professional Installation & Build
Our time-served, qualified tradespeople arrive on schedule to begin the build. We treat your home with total respect, taking care to protect carpets and floor coverings. From rip-out and rewiring to custom joinery and precision tiling, our master craftsmen complete every stage to the highest standard.
Step 6: Quality Sign-Off & Official Handover
Before we hand over your new space, our project manager conducts a thorough quality-assurance walkthrough. We ensure every tap, light, tile, and joint meets our strict standards. We’ll guide you through your new space, explain any product care instructions, hand over your guarantees, and leave your home spotless and ready to enjoy.
